Using SYX
Terms of Use
These terms set the ground rules for using SYX profiles, projects, messaging, opportunities, and community spaces.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and located in the United States to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect access to your sign-in methods, and use one SYX identity. Roles such as employee, contractor, project lead, moderator, or administrator are granted only by authorized SYX personnel.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give SYX a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute content only as needed to operate and promote the service according to your chosen visibility. Do not share confidential material, spoilers you are not authorized to reveal, or content you do not have permission to use.
Projects and opportunities
A listing, beta signup, application, idea submission, or conversation does not promise employment, compensation, acceptance, confidentiality, or production. Separate written agreements control paid work and confidential projects.
Safety and enforcement
You must follow the Community Guidelines. SYX may restrict content or accounts to protect members and the service. Enforcement decisions may be appealed once through the in-app process when an appeal is offered.
Service availability
The service is provided as available and may change as SYX develops it. To the extent permitted by law, SYX is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
